Member of “Sasna Dzrer” group Pavlik Manukyan today made a speech at the court and asked to remove the expression “neutralization” from the charge: “As if he was neutralized. He doesn’t agree with the expression “neutralization”, as he was hurt, but not neutralized, as they had come to an agreement that they must have put down the arms and surrender within the reasonable terms,” said Pavlik Manukyan’s advocate Hrant Gevorgyan. The defense side has appealed the decision of the Court of First Instance on detention of member of “Sasna Dzrer” group Pavlik Manukyan. The defense side cannot see a reasonable suspicion and thinks that the decision made by the Court of First Instance on extending the detention term of Pavlik Manukyan for another two months is baseless. According to the advocate Hrant Gevorgyan, Pavel Manukyan’s charge is grounded only on Colonel Valeri Osipyan’s testimony, which reads that he saw Pavel Manukyan, talked to him, when he was carrying arms. The advocate is sure that the Court of Appeal won’t change the decision made by the Court of First Instance. After returning from consultation room, the Court refused the appeal of Pavel Manukyan’s advocates.
