Pavlik Manukyan comes to court on foot
Member of “Sasna Dzrer” group Pavlik Manukyan today has come to the Criminal Court of Appeal on foot. Today the appeal against the decision of the Court of First Instance on the detention of Pavlik Manukyan is to be heard at the court. The previous court hearing was postponed, as Pavlik Manukyan didn’t come to the court. According to the defense side, the Criminal Court of Appeal must eliminate the decision made by the Court of First Instance on detention of Pavlik Manukyan, as the charge levied against him isn’t clear, it means that it wasn’t formulated clearly what Pavlik Manukyan is accused of. To remind, the member of “Sasna Dzrer” group was charged with the RA Criminal Code Part 3, Article 219 and Article 235, choosing detention as a precautionary measure. Pavlik Manukyan underwent several surgeries. He was injured during crossfire in the territory of the police regiment.
