Construction of apartments starts in Gyumri (video)
Construction of apartments initiated and financed by the Gyumri city municipality and ARDA charitable foundation has started in the city. A three-storey building consisting of eleven apartments will be built under the project for the beneficiaries of “Gyumri without domiks” program. The construction will be completed in 10 months.
