Armenian PM explains 'rules of game' at SRC (video)
Armenia’s Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan introduced Vardan Harutyunyan, the new head of the State Revenue Committee (SRC), to the SRC staff. The Prime Minister proposed to establish clear rules of the game: white-color workers should not encounter problems with documentation, the number of references is to be reduced to the minimum.
