Monuments of the capital were washed (video)
Washing and cleaning of the monuments during “Erebuni-Yerevan” celebration have become a tradition. This year the action is being carried out by the members of the Youth Council adjunct to Yerevan Mayor and volunteers. The Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations assisted them in the work.
Due to the volunteers' efforts were washed up the monuments to Guy, Hayk Nahapet, Vardan Mamikonyan, Alexander Tamanyan, Alexander Myasnikyan, William Saroyan, Paryur Sevak, Alexander Griboyedov, Khachatur Avovyan, Yeghishe Charents, Garegin Nzhdeh, Andranik Ozanyan, Gevorg Chaush, Aram Khachatryan, Sasuntsi David and others.
