Vigen Sargsyan appointed Minister of Defense (video)
According to the decree of the RA President Serzh Sargsyan, Vigen Sargsyan has been appointed Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia. According to another decree of the RA President, Edward Nalbandian has been appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
