L.Mkrtchyan to make a speech at session of CIS Education Ministers’ Council
The Armenian delegation led by Levon Mkrtchyan, Minister of Education and Science of Armenia, will take part in the 4th congress of the CIS Teachers and Education Workers on October 3-4 in Moscow. The Education Ministers of the CIS states will attend the congress. Session of CIS Education Ministers’ Council session is expected to be held within the frames of the congress, during which Levon Mkrtchyan, the RA Minister of Education and Science will deliver a speech. Exhibition of education achievements of the CIS states, awarding ceremony of teachers and education workers are also expected. The congress is entitled “Innovations as factor of improving quality and accessibility of modern education sphere in the CIS countries”. The congress has been organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
