CEC Chairman visits Lori and Shirak Marzes
On September 30, Chairman of Armenia’s Central Election Commission Tigran Mukuchyan paid a working visit to Lori marz to in order to review the preparation process for the October 2 local elections in Vanadzor city. The CEC Chairman held meetings with the members, chairs and secretaries of election commissions and authorized representatives of the political parties participating in the elections. On October 1, Tigran Mukuchyan, accompanied by CEC Secretary Armen Smbatyan, visited Shirak marz to follow the preparations for the local elections. They met with members, chairs and secretaries of election commissions and authorized representatives of the political parties participating in the elections. During the meeting, they discussed issues related to the organization of elections in Vanadzor and Gyumri, the CEC Press Service reports.
