Vice-Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly, Eduard Sharmazanov, says the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) is responsible for the shortcomings of the government led by former Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. “Hovik Abrahamyan did not bring the government from his father’s home. The Republican Party has been responsible for all negative and positive developments in this country since 1999,” Eduard Sharmazanov said. Asked whether he would name any HHK member who was sent to prison for the ten victims of March 1, 2008, the HHK official said, “There is difference between responsible and guilty persons.”
