Manoyan says the talks about territorial concessions can be interpreted incorrectly. "Armenia has accepted the principles of territorial handover as a basis for negotiations, but there is no agreement on the basic document. Any talk about unilateral concessions by Armenia is wrong as they give rise to talks,” Manoyan said.
