Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov are present in the meeting. Earlier, Lavrov had a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry. The two men discussed the possible partnership between the United State and Russia in Syria, though parties did not reach a final agreement.
