Ombudsman’s Office: Aram Manukyan transferred to quarantine station
Staffers of the Armenian Ombudsman’s Office have visited the Hospital for Convicts penitentiary institution to meet Aram Manukyan, one of the armed gunmen that seized a police building a Yerevan on July 29. “During the visit, Aram Manukyan was being transferred to the quarantine sttaion, which according to the hospital crew, has considerably better conditions than the hospital wards. We fixed that the walls and the floor of the department have been repaired, the cells are bright and clean and are equipped with medical beds, chairs and a refrigerator,” the Office reports.
