Inessa Petrosyan, the lawyer of Pavel Manukyan and his son Aram, is on her way to the Hospital for Convicts penitentiary institution to inquire after the health condition of Aram Manukyan. In conversation with A1+ Company, the lawyer said, “What I saw yesterday was simply disgraceful. Aram was put in a musty, dull and dark room which has nothing to do with a hospital ward. Any patient, especially the one who has just been operated on, can quickly develop a serious bloodstream infection.” The lawyer added that the petition to transfer Aram Manukyan to an ordinary hospital is already ready. Inessa Petrosyan also plans to visit Pavel Manukyan who is on a hunger strike at the Erebuni medical centre. Members of the Sasna Dzrer group, Pavel Manukyan and his son Aram, were wounded in a shootout with law-enforcement officers early on Wednesday. They were rushed to Erebuni medical centre where they remained on artificial ventilation the entire day. Later in the same day, Aram Manukyan was placed under two-month detention and sent to the Hospital for Convicts.
