Karabakh: Azerbaijan used 60-mm mortar to violate ceasefire
On the night of July 29, Azerbaijani army used various caliber weapons to fire over 600 shots towards the Armenian positions. Nagorno Karabakh’s Defense Ministry reports that Azeri troops used 60-mm mortars (two mines) to shell the Armenian position in the eastern direction (Akna) of the Line of Contact. The Armenian side did not sustain casualties. The frontline units of the NKR Defense Army retaliated only in case of extreme necessity. They continue controlling the situation along the entire length of the Line of Contact.
