Lars is open with some restrictions

The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of 10:00, July 28, all the roads in the RA territory are open. The Emergency Situations Department of the Interior Ministry of Georgia reports that today from 06:00 to 20:00 Lars highway will be opened, but during the night hours it will again be closed for security reasons. The highway is open for all types of vehicles in case of maintaining these rules:

  • Oncoming traffic from two sides at the same time is prohibited
  • Traffic must be implemented without stops
  • In case of intensive precipitations traffic must be stopped
Under these rules traffic is carried out under the supervision and coordination of the patrol police. MES
