HCAV: Police in Kapan detain activist Armen Hovhannisyan
Helsinki Citizens' Assembly Vanadzor office says police in Kapan have detained Armen Hovhannisyan, who was convincted with Shant Harutyunyan, leader of the radical opposition Tseghakron party. In a press release issued on Wednesday, the HCAV said the reasons for Hovhannisyan’s detention are not known yet.
