Two Gunmen wounded by Armenian police on Tuesday transferred to Hospital for Convicts PI (video)
Two members of the Sasna Dzrer (Daredevils of Sassoun) armed group, who were wounded in their legs in a shootout with law-enforcement officers early on Tuesday, were taken to the Hospital for Convicts penitentiary institution on Wednesday morning. Talking to A1+, Gor Ghlechyan, the spokesman for the Justice Ministry’s Penitentiary Department, said arrest was chosen as a precautionary measure against painter Ashot Petrosyan and Hovhannes Harutyunayn who were taken to the Hospital for Convicts. Ghlechyan added that their condition is described as stable and they remain under medical supervision.
