Police search for Garegin Chugaszyan - Armtimes.com
Police in Armenia are searching for Garegin Chugaszyan, President of the Founding Parliament movement. Chugaszyan was arrested in 2015 for preparation and participation in mass disorders on the eve of April 24. Several members of the Founding Parliament, including Jirayr Sefilyan, Pavel Manukyan, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Garegin Safaryan and Gevorg Safaryan, were also arrested on the same day. However, they were all set free several days later after giving a written cognizance not to leave the city. The investigation is still in progress.
