People place flowers in front of French Embassy in Yerevan for the victims of Nice attack (video)
People in Yerevan have been placing flowers in front of the French Embassy in Armenia since early morning in memory of the killed in a terror attack in Nice.
We found a group of people gathered outside the Embassy gates during our visit. All of them were condemning yesterday's bloody events in France. Some of them wanted to leave for France.
There have been few terror attacks in France recently. I was saddened to learn about the attack in Nice. Now we want to fly to France, but we are afraid to do it,” said a citizen who has two sons and 6 grandchildren living in France.
At least 84 people have been killed after a lorry ploughed into a crowd attending Bastille Day celebrations in the French city of Nice on Thursday night, in what is being investigated as a terror attack.
The driver ploughed on for 2km on the Promenade des Anglais after fireworks, before being shot dead by police.
