Hayk Babayan becomes champion of "Children of Asia" International Sports Games
For the first time in 2016, Armenia is participating in the International Sport Games “Children of Asia” held in the Russian city of Yakutsk from 5 to 17 July. Fifteen athletes from Armenia are competing in 9 sports.
Hayk Babayan, the younger brother of famous shooter Hrach Babayan, is representing Armenia in the category of Shooting Sport. On July 9, Hayk entered the finals with the representatives of Bangladesh and Russia. In the final round, Hayk left behind all his competitors and became champion of the International Sport Games.
Hayk is 13 years old. His trainer is Andranik Ayvazyan.
