Against Joint Air Defense agreement with shotgun (video)
Today the action protesting against the ratification of the agreement, according to which the command of the RA Air Defense is handed over to Russia, is going on outside the National Assembly near entry of Demirchyan street. Short time ago one more person has joined the activists fighting against the Joint Air Defense agreement; activist Mikael Nazaryan is carrying a handmade shotgun, “I have made it in 40 minutes. In case of signing of the Joint Air Defense agreement, residents of Tavush marz will have nothing except such shotguns. Our state is doing another step in order to enter under the Russian yoke.” To remind, Mikael Nazaryan was strolling through Yerevan streets, carrying a cardboard Russian weapon made by him. In this way, the activist expresses his support to Artak Gevorgyan, a member of the local Anti-Strike pressure group, who appeared in the dock for organizing a “street art” protest and hitting a cardboard tank against the metal gates of the National Security Service (NSS) building.
