Putin, Sargsyan meet in St. Petersburg (video)

The meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Russia was held at the Constantine Palace in St. Petersburg on June 20, Kremlin.ru reports. The two men exchanged views on the possibilities of developing bilateral relations as well as the situation in Karabakh. “There is an opportunity and need to discuss how we should move forward. Now Armenia is heading the CSTO, and a high-level meeting is planned to be held this autumn,” the Russian President said. Serzh Sargsyan, in turn, said the meeting is scheduled to be held in October. A trilateral meeting of the Presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan will be held in St. Petersburg later in the day.
