Tense situation: ambulance called to court building (video)

Ambulance was called for him in order to check his health condition. Doctors of ambulance keep the health condition of Gaspari under supervision. And inside the court, where the trial of Gevorg Safaryan was underway, an incident occurred. Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan periodically removed the questions of Gevorg Safaryan’s advocate Tigran Hayrapetyan, noting that the aggrieved party, Gegham Khachatryan didn’t remember details of the incident. The attendees were displeased with it, “Let him answer the questions, why either you or the prosecutor is answering instead of him, and is this called a trial?” noted Gagik Sarukhanyan. Bailiffs didn’t let him take part in the trial of Gevorg Safaryan, member of “New Armenia” public salvation front, noting that the judge had removed him from the session hall. To remind, at the previous court hearing, Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan removed him from the hall because of disrespect towards the court. Vardges Gaspari noted that there is no law based on which he was removed from the hall. And he continues not to respect the courts showing his attitude in that way. At the moment the court hearing of Gevorg Safaryan is going on, where the lawyer is presenting the contradictions in the testimony of the aggrieved party Gegham Khachatryan, given during the preliminary investigation and court hearing.
