Consequences of severe storms eliminated
During the regular working meeting in the City Hall which was chaired by Mayor Taron Margaryan it was reported that the working group formed at the Mayor's instruction last week studied the problems and took corresponding measures due to which the liquidation of the consequences of the hurricane wind has been mainly completed. The consequences of the accidents happened in the city infrastructures have been eliminated and their normal work was restored. According to the head of the Municipality Communal Services Department, 42 road signs,11 traffic lights, more that 50 advertisement boards have been restored. The results of the accidents in street lighting system and of falling down of 94 trees have been liquidated. Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to carry on teamwork with condominiums and if necessary to show all possible support to the citizens who are not able to eliminate the consequences of the damage caused by the wind on their own. In this regard it was also instructed to keep all the phone calls received by hot lines under permanent control and to carry out consistent work with the aim of rapid solution of the raised problems., the Municipality's Press Service reports.
