EUR 11 000 from budget for “vs. Armenia” cases
During today’s Government sitting decision has been made to allocate EUR 11 000 to the Ministry of Justice to implement the requirements of the judgments along lines of the cases “Safaryan vs. Armenia”, “Ghuyumchyan vs. Armenia” and “Tovmasyan vs. Armenia” in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
