Trash container 'travels' through Yerevan streets
During the severe winds that hit Yerevan on Monday Davit Sanasaryan posted on his Facebook page a photo of a trash container belonging to Sanitek, a garbage collecting company, ‘travelling’ beside vehicles in a Yerevan street. “It turns out that the trash containers are not only a good barricade but can also run and even compete with Mercedes,” Sanasaryan wrote. Last summer, activists of No to Plunder initiative used the trash containers as a barricade against police while they were campaigning against the rise in electricity price on Baghramyan avenue in Yerevan.
