Artur Aghabekyan intends to resign as Karabakh Deputy Prime Minister
Artur Aghabekyan is going to resign as Deputy Prime Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Aghabekyan said in a Facebook post. “I want to inform my partners, supporters and opponents that I am going to discontinue my political activities in the first quarter of 2017 as I want to spend more time with my family and I also want to devote more time to charity projects,” Artur Aghabekyan wrote.
