THE COURTS ILLEGALITY BEFORE ELECTIONS
Support A1+!The Justice system of Armenia has become ordeal for the people assembled at president Robert Kocharyan's residence. As one of them said, her son had been imprisoned for 4 years by the imputation of a homicide. The mother asserts that the Public Prosecutory from 1996 to 1999 tried to impute the crime made in the Army to about 20 servicemen. The 20 ones had been acquited. The Prosecutory had been interested in one thing only for judging her son, that is,to close the file at last. Almost eveyone assembled had problems of the same kind.
A family had another problem. Their neighbour decided to own the biggest part of their private land and enlarge his house. They applied to Arman Mkrtumyan, the chairman for Civic Cases of the Court of Appeal. The Prosecutory representatives told almost all protestants that illegalities had been made towards them but added that they could do nothing as it was ordered by the Authorities.
