Support A1+!Today an unpleasant incident happened with Hovhannes Varyan, the Vice-Minister of Internal Affairs near the building of General Prosecutor.
Arsen Begoyan, Armenia General Prosecutor advocate for the most important cases tried to park in banned zone behind the Office of Prosecutory. State Auto Department policeman forbade the advocate to break the order and asked him to drive the car out of the banned zone. Then the advocate slapped the policeman in the face.
The incident was noticed by Foreign Affairs Vice-Minister Hovhannes Varyan. The latter interfered and tried to call the advocate to order. Arsen Begoyan, neglecting Varyan's position and his Honor of Colonel, addressed unseemly expressions to him, coursed and even hit him. The quarrel turned into scrape.
The Vice-Prosecutor received the advocate but it is not clear yet whether criminal case had been brought against him. Nevertheless, the incident is unforgivable, intorelable and a result of climate of non-punishability in the country. If such kind of encroachment is made upon an official, can one imagine how much Armenian citizens are defenceless. It's to be noted the so called "scrape"/ as president Kocharyan regarded it/ in " Aragast" Cafe and the kind of punishment for the murderer.
