Dear Mr. Ambassador

Yesterday a videotape was on Russian ORT TV Channel air which was about Armenian graves barbarious destruction in Russia Krasnodar Province by 12-17 year-old teenagers.The staffs of "Alfa-L" Producing Center, Radio Alfa and FM 107 Radio Stations express their resentment on the above-mentioned. Krasnodar Province Governor Tkachov's statements on that "Everyone possessing surnames which end with "yan" and "shvili" must be driven away from Russian Federation!", where migrators living in Krasnodar Province and not descending from the Slavonic peoples are made the same with criminal groups - We find all these chauvinistic which somehow became the reason for Nazi encroachments by Skin-Heads. The covenants concluded by Armenian and Russian Governments on regulating migrators' mutual legal state have provided enough legal background for settling such kind of problems. The actions carried out by Krasnodar Province Bodies in lack of Allied Law on Migrators State in Russia may lead to grave consequences.

Considering Armenian and Russian people centuries-old friendship and hearty relations we express hope that the problem will be regulated and perpetrators will be called to account for what was done. So, Dear Ambassador, we call You to do Your best to support this problem solution.
