Hovhannes Margaryan, a lawmaker from the Country of Law Party (OEK), hails the initiative of constructing a new sanitary landfill site in Armenia.  He says we should call things by their proper names and differentiate between good and evil The lawmaker also suggested changing red parking lines in Yerevan streets into green lines. “We should allow people to park their cars freely and bless us for the good reform. Those who proposed the idea of red lines earned huge sums of money with a bucket of paint which is inadmissible,” he said. “You made an exclusive speech, Mr Hovhannisyan. This extraordinary session was your benefit performance,” said Eduard Sharmazanov, Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly. At present, one hour of parking in Yerevan in specially designated ‘red-line’ places costs 100 drams. A full day payment is 500 drams, a weekly payment is 1,000 drams, a monthly fee is 2,000 drams, while a yearly fee is 12,000 drams. From midnight to 9.00 parking in the mentioned places is free.
