The candidate for the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Rector of Armenian Academy of Justice Ruben Melikyan, today will be presented at the National Assembly sitting of Artsakh. To remind, Artsakh Human Rights Defender Yuri Hayrapetyan submitted a resignation on April 29. The staff of the Ombudsman informed that the resignation had been planned by Yuri Hayrapetyan still at the beginning of the year, but it was postponed for preparing and presenting the annual report of 2015. “A1+” interviewed the HRD candidate Ruben Melikyan in Stepanakert.
