460 employees of “Nairit” to be dismissed
460 employees of “Nairit” plant have received notification on dismissal from the job. As Hrach Tadevosyan, chairman of “Nairit” plant’s trade union told “A1+”, all the employees, including the plant’s leadership had received notifications on the dismissal from the job. The notifications read that they will be dismissed from their jobs from July 1. “Justification reads that the production volumes have been decreased. Finally how many people will be dismissed isn’t known yet. Perhaps, they will be dismissed and later will be employed again, as it happened last year. But still nothing is known,” said the chairman of “Nairit” trade union. He also noted that at present activities are underway with the Russian company, projects are being developed, but there is still nothing official. To remind, the plant hasn’t operated for already many years. About 1700 employees of “Nairit” plant were dismissed from their job on February 6 of last year.
