"THERE IS A DECENTRALIZED CULTURAL POLICY IN THE PROVINCES",- SAYS THE FORMER MINISTER
Support A1+!A year before 2003 year' presidential elections the Ministry of Culture is worried about culture development in Armenia provinces. Minister Roland Sharoyan informed the Provinces Local Governing bodiesassembled in the House of Chamber Music that policy of decentralized culture would be carried out from then on.
