HHK official refutes reports that only soldiers from socially vulnerable families fight in Karabakh conflict zone (video)
I visited the Karabakh frontline and I must say that I did not see any social differentiation there; the entire nation is united, Head of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) faction, Vahram Baghdasaryan, said during the parliamentary briefings on Friday. He said this in reply to a journalist who asked the HHK official who only children from socially disadvantaged vulnerable families are taken to the frontlines. “Who was the monitoring conducted by? Who is the source of your information?” Baghdasaryan asked. He was told that the information was provided by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. Vahram Baghdasaryan said ‘all vulnerable are under our control.’ Then he added that one of the heads of the parliamentary factions in the NKR National Assembly has two sons and a cousin fighting on the border.
