NKR MoD: Azerbaijan sets up military facilities in settlements (video)
According to the principles of the international law (Article 52 of the Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts (Protocol I) all the Azerbaijani military facilities, which are noted in the photographs, are legitimate targets for the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic armed forces.
Violating Article 58 of the same protocol, the Azerbaijani armed forces have not refrained from setting up military facilities in populated areas or their nearby places.
