PACE delegates work in the same way as they do in Milli Majlis (video)
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is not the platform where the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is to be discussed, Naira Zohrabyan, one of the members of the Armenian delegation to the PACE, told A1+’s journalist in Strasbourg. She stressed that the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) remains the only international organization dealing with the Karabakh issue and Azerbaijan’s efforts to change the format of talks are unacceptable for the Armenian side. “Once again, I call on EU member states, specifically Russia, Germany and France, who can use satellite reconnaissance, to put the data on the table. It is obvious who started the aggression during the four-day war from April 2 to 5. They do not deny that they are speaking the same things in their speeches - 1 million refugees and 20% of the occupied territories…,” Naira Zohrabyan said.
