Gor Minasyan wins silver medal
Gor Minasyan won the last medal for Armenia at the European Weighlifting Championships in Norway. Our super heavyweight sportsman lifted 205 kg in the snatch exercise and 237 kg in the clean and jerk exercise. With 442 kg result in two exercises he took the second place and won silver medal. Georgian weightlifter Lasha Talakhadze, who won gold medal, lifted 21 kg more than our weightlifter. The Armenian weightlifting team won 6 medals and took the first place (3 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze).
