Several communities in Shirak do not have nursery schools (video)
The absence of nursery schools in several communities of Shirak marz (province) is due to the fact that pre-school education is not compulsory in Armenia, say experts. However, under the new State Program of Education Development for 2016-2025, it is planned to make pre-school education s available to all children. Despite this fact, the nursery schools of Pokr Mantash community, closed down in December, 2015. Getk community does not have a nursery school either. For more details watch the video of Tsayg TV.
