Levon Aronian to participate in Norway Chess 2016
Armenia’s chess player Levon Aronian has been invited to participate in Norway Chess-2016, one of the strongest super tournaments ever. Renowned chess players, including the World Champion Magnus Carlsen (Norway), the ex-world champions Vladimir Kramnik (Russia) and Veselin Topalov (Bulgaria), Anish Giri (The Nederlands), and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave (France), Sergey Karjakin (Russia), Pavel Eljanov (Ukraine) and Pentala Harikrishna (India) will participate in the event that will take place in Stavanger, on April 18-30. The last participant will be determined by the chess players. Hou Yifan (China), Norwegian GMs Hammer, Tari, Grandelius are among the candidates.
