MTAES: Highways are mainly passable
The RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations informs that on February 13 as of 11:00 the highways are mainly passable in the territory of the RA. Sotk-Karvachar highway is difficult to pass. There is black ice on some parts of Vardenyats mountain pass and Goris-Sisian highway. The roads are being cleaned with salt and sand. The RA MTAES urges drivers to use the abovementioned roads only if strictly necessary and only with winter tires. The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia informs Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
