National Security Service has new Chief (video)
Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree to appoint Georgi Kutoyan Head of the National Security Service. Georgi Kutoyan will replace Gorik Hakobyan who turned 70 on February 11. Georgy Kutoyan was born in Yerevan, in 1981. He has held different positions before the appointment and was Armenian President's aide for legal issues between 2011 and 2016. Kutoyan is married and has a son.
