Narek Aloyan presents his vision of ombudsman (video)
The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs heard Narek Aloyan, a candidate for the Armenian human rights defender proposed by Armenian lawmaker Tigran Urikhanyan. Narek Aloyan began to enumerate all the problems that he sees in the human rights sector. He said an ombudsman should not sit and wait for violations. Details in the video
