Azerbaijani sniper kills Armenian shepherd

An Armenian shepherd was killed by an Azerbaijani sniper on February 11. Hakob Hambardzumyan (born in 1962), a resident of Vazgenashen village, received a fatal wound from an Istiglal sniper rifle at 4.00pm, the Defense Ministry of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic reports. An investigation is underway into the incident.
