J. Warlick: “The OSCE Minsk Group is not satisfied with the status quo”
The OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-Chair James Warlick wrote on Twitter, “The OSCE Minsk Group is not satisfied with the status quo. We are fully committed to negotiations for a peaceful settlement.”
To remind, 20-year-old Simon Chavrshyan was fatally wounded at 3.55 a.m. while on duty in a military unit stationed in the southern direction of the Line of Contact with Azerbaijan.
