Five years on: Serzh Sargsyan failed to keep his promise (video)
Parents of soldiers who died in the Armenian Army in non-combat conditions today gathered outside the Presidential Palace at Bagramyan 26 to know why Serzh Sargsyan has not kept his promise given five years ago. As usual, the police did not allow them to stay on the site. This was followed by a scuffle between the police and the group. On January 27, 2011, Serzh Sargsyan promised the desperate parents to do everything to see the cases investigated and disclosed.
