Armenia’s Justice Minister Arpine Hovhannisyan left for Strasbourg on January 24 for a working visit. During the visit, the Armenian official will meet with Mr Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The parties will discuss a range of issues of mutual interest, the Ministry’s Press Service reports.
