Senior Obama Aide, Armenian side discuss common goals
On January 14, Charles Kupchan, Senior Director for European Affairs of the National Security Council, Special Assistant to President Obama, met with Serzh Sargsyan, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, Deputy Prime Minister Vache Gabrielyan, Head of the Presidential Staff Vigen Sargsyan, a group of lawmakers of the Armenian National Assembly and representatives of civil society. During the discussions, the interlocutors considered ways to deepen further cooperation between Armenian and the United States to achieve the common goal – to have a stable, prosperous and secure Armenia, which coexists in peace with its neighbors.
