Arman Pashikyan comes 3rd at Al Ain Chess Classic.
Armenia’s chess player Arman Pashikyan came 3rd at the Al Ain Chess Classic. Today he tied his Round 9 game against Mykhailo Oleksienko of Ukraine to score 6,5 points. Armenia’s Robert Hovhannisyan came 10th. GM Wang Hao of China became the winner of the championship with 8 points. He hurdled the challenge from GM Abhijeet Gupta of India in the penultimate round to win the championship with one round to spare in the 4th Al Ain Chess Classic.
