White is origin of everything, we shouldn’t be afraid of white. He, who is afraid of white, hides some secrets, says painter Nikol Aghababyan and adds, “How one can be afraid of God’s light.” He thinks every painter must be able to depict a piece of world on white canvas. The hero of “CANVAS” series of “A1+” is Nikol Aghababyan, who is creating his canvas by presenting thoughts on painting, light as well as politics. “We have lost the habit of searching, we live through times without poetry, which is very dangerous, we must come to senses,” says the painter, who brings his message to the world having replaced the paintbrush with a knife, “If we don’t come to senses, we will lose the rest of our homeland.” He thinks today’s authorities aren’t better than Turks in 1915.
